You know we love our foodie events and this year we’re bringing an old favourite back. Join us from 16th – 22nd September for Mussels Week where our chefs will be putting together a delectable specials menu using the finest Scottish mussels.
We’ll be serving hot bowls of plump mussels by the kilo or half kilo in a choice of sauces, all made in-house. Choose from:
• Classic - shallots, garlic, white wine and parsley cream.
Indulge in this creamy dish which perfectly complements the shellfish.
• Arrabiata - red onion, chili, basil and tomato
Expect a rich sauce with hints of fiery chili.
• Thai Broth - lime, chili, coriander and coconut milk
Inspired by Thai cuisine to bring a full flavoured dish.
All of our mussels’ dishes are served with chunky chips or sweet potato fries, perfect for mopping up the sauces, plus mayonnaise for dipping!
